If you’re thinking of selling your home, a frequently asked question is, “how long will it take me to sell my house?”
You probably are already aware that having your house on the market for an unusually long time isn’t great for sales, so this question is super important so that you can ensure you’re setting yourself up for the best success.
The average really depends on the area that you’re located, but the national average is about 24 days to stay on the market and 46 days to close — a grand total of 70 days from listing to closing, according to the National Association of Realtors.
